How to: Navigate within records.
Solution:
In the Form view, use the navigation buttons at the bottom left of the form to navigate within records on a form.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click Open button. (The selected form appears in Form view.)
5) To move forward, one record at a time, click '>'.
Navigate 1 forward
6) To move backwards, one record at a time, click '<'.
Navigate 1 backwards
7) To move to the last record, click '>|'.
Navigate to last
8) To move to the first record, click '|<'.
Navigate to first
